Pendant care
These one-of-a-kind pendants are handcrafted using resin. Because each piece is handmade, slight imperfections such as small bubbles or subtle texture variations may be present, adding to their unique character. High-quality resin is used in every pendant; however, like all resin pieces, some natural yellowing may occur over time. Your pendant was created to be worn daily, but wear will happen.
To help preserve the beauty and longevity of your pendant, avoid getting it wet and keep it away from chemicals, prolonged UV exposure, and excessive heat. Store your pendant with care when not in use. Improper care may cause clouding, discoloration, or reduce the lifespan of the resin. Because resin is a softer material, it may become scratched when exposed to harder surfaces or materials.
To clean your pendant, gently wipe it with a microfiber jewelry cloth. Avoid using chemicals, cleaners, or abrasive materials, as these will cause the resin to become cloudy or damaged.
All pendants include annual complimentary 1 year polishing and resurfacing service from the date of purchase. This service includes polishing the metal base and resurfacing the resin as needed. Sacred Shoreline Jewelry does not cover shipping costs; however, local meet-ups can be arranged for customers in the Vancouver, BC area. Tracked shipping is strongly recommended to ensure safe delivery.
