What is the current turn around time?
2-3 weeks plus shipping if needed
How much hair/ fur do you need?
Enough to cover a Loonie. I will return the remaining hair to you.
How much ashes do you need?
Around 1/2 teaspoon depending on the size of you pendant. I will return the remaining ashes to you.
Where do I send the hair/fur/ashes?
I have a PO box. Once I receive you order I will email you instructions. I can also meet up locally if you are in the Vancouver area. If you are having a hard time collecting the ashes from you loved ones urn I can meet up locally and collect the needed amount for you.
Can I use hair/fur/ashes from multiple loved ones?
Absolutely! Pendant size may need to be adjusted to accommodate.
What materials are used?
Stainless steel base and bail, silver plated iron or black waxed necklace cord or sterling silver necklace. I use Resin to incase the hair.
Can pendants just be made into necklaces?
They can be made into keychains, ornaments or necklaces. If you would like to have it created in to something else, please reach out. I am very open to ideas and am happy to accommodate.
Do you just use hair, fur or ashes?
At the moment that is what I have the most experience with. If you are wanting something else to be made into a pendant, please reach out. I am happy to try and use anything else.
What pendant sizes are available?
14mm round- Gold (Slightly smaller than a dime)
14mm round- Silver (Slightly smaller than a dime)
16mm round- Silver (Between the size of a nickle and dime)
20mm round- Silver (Size of a nickle)
25mm round- Silver(Size of a toonie)
34mm x 11mm rectangle- silver
Jewelry Disclaimer
Resin is used to create these one of a kind pendants. Due to the nature of handmade jewelry, there may be some imperfections such as bubbles or uneven textures. A high quality resin is used, however resin has a tendency to yellow over time.
Your pendant was created to be worn daily, but wear will happen.
To prolong the longevity of your pendant it is advised to avoid UV rays, avoid smoking around your pendant, and avoid swimming/ showering/ bathing/ working out while wearing your pendant.
To clean your pendant it is advised to use a micro fibre jewelry cloth. Do not use chemicals on your pendant.
Due to the nature of ashes, they are all slightly different. I cannot guarantee the exact color of your pendant that is made with ashes.
