Order Confirmation
Once your form is received I’ll reach out to confirm the details of your order and will collect payment at that time.

Getting Your Inclusions to Me
Next, I will give you instructions on how to get the inclusions (fur, hair, and/or ashes) to me. We can meet up if you are local to the Vancouver area I am able to meet up in person

By mail: I will send you instructions to mail your inclusions to my PO box. I will let you know as soon as your package is received. I do advise tracked shipping for extra security

Local meet up: If you are in the Vancouver area, I am happy to meet in person at any skytrain station to do the exchange

Pendant Creation Begins
Once the inclusions are received, I will get started on your pendant. Pendants are made on their own, one at a time, just for you. Current turnaround time is 1-2 weeks plus shipping, if required.

Receiving Your Pendant
When your pendant is complete I will let you know and we will arrange delivery.
If your pendant is being shipped, tracked shipping is required to ensure safe arrival which is an additional $18.
One More Thing...
If you are comfortable with photos of your pendant being added to my social media/ portfolio, please let me know when the pendant is received as I will not post or add your pendant to my social media/ portfolio until I have confirmed that it has arrived

Pendant Care
These one-of-a-kind pendants are handcrafted using resin. Because each piece is handmade, slight imperfections such as small bubbles or subtle texture variations may be present, adding to their unique character. High-quality resin is used in every pendant; however, like all resin pieces, some natural yellowing may occur over time. Your pendant was created to be worn daily, but wear will happen.

To help preserve the beauty and longevity of your pendant, avoid getting it wet and keep it away from chemicals, prolonged UV exposure, and excessive heat. Store your pendant with care when not in use. Improper care may cause clouding, discoloration, or reduce the lifespan of the resin. Because resin is a softer material, it may become scratched when exposed to harder surfaces or materials.
To clean your pendant, gently wipe it with a microfiber jewelry cloth. Avoid using chemicals, cleaners, or abrasive materials, as these will cause the resin to become cloudy or damaged.
All pendants include annual complimentary 1 year polishing and resurfacing service from the date of purchase. This service includes polishing the metal base and resurfacing the resin as needed. Sacred Shoreline Jewelry does not cover shipping costs; however, local meet-ups can be arranged for customers in the Vancouver, BC area. Tracked shipping is strongly recommended to ensure safe delivery.
